Established in 1988, Changzhou Plastics Researching&Manufacturing Co.,Ltd has been in the line of plastics products for more than 20 years. we are a professional manufacture in plastic sheet,PVC interior synthetic leather,plastic flooring,colorful modified plastic granulate,damping plastic sheet,auto fender board,and also the interior trim sheet Our products are mainly used in the follow fields: automobile,train,appliance,electric water heater,water dispenser,refrigerator,bathtub,disinfection cabinet,medical treatment,food,building,broadcasting and so on.Our company is the TQM Standard Enterprise of Ministry of Agriculture and also the Star Enterprise of province,for five years was awarded "AAA" credit level enterprise and passed ISO9001:2000 certification.
Our main products:
A. We have 16 Twin-Screw Extruders and Single-Screw Extruders.we manufacture colorful or inflaming retarding plastic granulate,plastic masterbatch,antimicrobial or antistatic masterbatch,plastic filling material,modified material,enhanced material,toughening material,alloy material,high-proformance engineering plastic, PP,PE,ABS,PC/ABS alloy material,HIPS,PC,PBT,PET,PPS,and modified allory plastic material special for automobiles,for car bumper,for aircondition,for auto sealing,for regulatory system case,for door lining,for wheel casing and battery slot.our Annual output is more than 3,800 tons.
B. Rubber damping sheet: it includes EVA,PVC,Asphalt,EPDM,auto damping sheet and auto fender.widely used in auto,aircondition in order to reducing the shock and noise and retarding flame.we mainly cooperate with Mitsubishi,Toyota,and Sharp abroad,and Gree,Media,Chunlan,Haier,Hisense,Changhong at home.we could make as custom design at size and density.
Max width:1000mm,Thickness:1mm-3mm.Annual output is about 5000 tons.
C. Plastic sheet:we have 11 foreign plastic sheet product line.Manufacture any size and color plastic sheet,includes ABS sheet,PMMA sheet,PP sheet,PE sheet,HIPS sheet,PC/ABS alloy sheet,PVC/ABS compound sheet,ABS matte sheet,Non-woven fabrics compound sheet,ABS flame-retardant sheet for panel,special used antimicrobial plastic sheet,PC/ABS alloy flame-retardant sheet for train,electric water heater panel sheet,the interior sheet for disinfection cabinet and refrigerator,PMMA bathtub sheet.we also could make custom design.
Max width: 1000mm,1400mm,1800mm,2400mm,Thickiness:0.3-12mm,Annual output is about 8000 tons.
D. Plastic blister:we have five blister equipments.maily production are aircondition panel,interior and outer trim in auto,medical apparatus and instruments,TV case,accessories of auto and furniture,fridge interior,trays,the auto overall,automobiles' jamb shaft,TV radome.
E. PVC Synthetic leather for auto interior trim:PVC flooring,Composited leather for ABS sheet,Surface leather of auto's side door,sidewall and ceiling leather,seat's leather,cloth leather(Non-Woven fabrics, Water-repellent cloth,knit cloth,Dacron cloth, Elastic Fabric),thermo-forming leather,blaster leather.it is maily used in autos and trains for ceilings,racks,air ducts,safety guards,floorings,sidewalls,panels,seats,jambs and shafts.
